To All My Real Life Creators.
I recently watched a film named, Hitchki.
I was quite emotional and had tear drops all over my cheeks.
Today is one such day when I would be sentimental and proud to have all the personalities who have encouraged, are encouraging and will always encourage me through every walks of my life.
Yes, today is the Fifth of September 2018 which celebrates the birthday of the first Vice President of India and the second Presdient of India, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.
"Teachers should be the best minds in the country." - Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.
Indeed. And since then, his birthday in India is celebrated as Teacher's Day.
You know I feel, "a teacher holds a hand, preaches a mind and touches a heart."
And, I pretty much agree to it.
A teacher is a living soul who enriches a pupil to blossom in the garden of life.
I myself have a mother who is a teacher.
Not just to me, but to every student for the past 21 years.
You know, she has inculcated in me all the morals and ethics and it has and will always be a pleasure to be her most beloved student.
My mother is the woman in my life who has always taught me to be a fighter.
Whether the circumstances favour you or they do not, she has always made me understand that you have to struggle through it all to attain a milestone.
At times when I am all by myself, lonely and stressed, she is the ONE who has pushed and backed me with not only the golden-wisdom-motivating words but to strive for the best and achieve it.
She has imbibed in me the most pure and eternal values.
"She is my first legit teacher for the rest of my life."
It is said that, school is every child's second home.
Do you all agree to it? I do.
As toddlers, it has always been a cute-silly-memorable moment for all of us on the very first day of pre-school.
We ACTUALLY hate our teachers for separating us from our parents, don't we? *chuckles*
But try and recollect those days back...
Our teachers never failed to make us feel that we are at... home.
They have welcomed us, danced and sang for us, played with us, did those little things which would make us, as kids love school.
There were times when, we got bad remarks for not completing our homework, sometimes even some scoldings.
And there were also times when, we got stars on our wrists for getting good grades in the tests, even some chocolates.
These pretty small moments we have had all through our schooling and the reason which makes it so special and unforgettable is the educators we had and I am precisely blessed to have them in my life.
Without them, my school life wouldn't have been this crazy historic, geographic, scientific, mathematic and extraordinarily eventful.
Also to all my junior college and current undergraduate college teachers, you all were and are a bit hard on us, but that also is for us as students to grow as an individual and be an integral part of the society.
Lastly, I miss having lessons from my grandmother. But, she is there to guide me through every important aspect of my life. I love you, Aaji and I hope you are listening and keeping a watch on your kids and grandkids.
A massive thanks-giving to all my aunts and my uncle, Anand for giving me life sustaining tips and always being my supporters (non-supporters when they are mean to me). You guys are the sweetest devils and the best philosophers. *grin*
I end hereby wishing, Happy Teachers' Day to every human being who recognizes, polishes and brings the BEST in and out of you as a person.
Love and Hugs, Parita.
